Sheryl Underwood, a American television personality and comedian, is most well-known as host for The Talk, a popular talk show that airs on daytime TV. Sheryl Underwood, born in Arkansas, was raised in the area of Little Rock and Atwater. Sheryl was raised by the midst of a challenging family. She spent most part of her childhood taking care of Frankie. Frankie suffered from an illness called polio. When she was growing up, Sheryl experienced many issues with her mother. Sheryl says that at one point her mom cut her father due to his proximity. Sheryl enlisted in the military following her graduation from college. But her passion was comedy. She was chosen as the first ever female finalist of the Miller Lite Comedy Search, which was held in 1989. Her first TV job in the year 1992, appearing as a frequently performing comedian on HBO's comedy show Def Comedy Jam. She hosted the show in 2000. Oh Drama! Oh Drama! She is currently a guest co-host for the Talk talk show since 2011. She has also appeared in a variety of fictional characters on series such as Bulworth Nikki as well as Beauty Shop.
